Myra 218S is a reference dual 18” subwoofer featuring FEM optimized reflex-tuned enclosure and one of the best low frequency transducers that technology can offer today, neodymium magnet, 4" voice coil and amazing +/-22mm linear excursion.

Combining accurate cabinet resonance study and ingenious port arrangement which is designed to dramatically reduce turbulence and eliminate non-linearity, Myra 218S delivers substantial low frequency energy down to 25Hz, and can offer standard or cardioid directivity with suitable DSP preset and physical deployment.

Myra speakers include a new generation rigging system, which is simple, easy to use and extremely precise. Myra systems are transported on trolleys (4 modules per trolley in the case of the Myra 214L model, and 2 in the case of the Myra 218S model). During transport, the Myra 214L models are assembled with their angles of aperture set to 8 degrees; the angle of aperture between speaker units is selected while the system is sold on the ground, simply by inserting the angle selector quick release pin into the desired position. When the modules are raised, an automatic angle locking system ensures the speakers remain in their selected position. The modules remain in the open position on until the user releases the angle locking mechanism, at which point the modules lock together once again.
